Our client is a well-established construction and project management consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality developments across a variety of sectors. With a growing portfolio of projects and a strong presence in the market, they are looking to appoint an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of key projects while contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

Your new role

As an Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering a range of construction projects on behalf of clients from initial concept through to completion. You will manage project programmes, budgets, risks and stakeholder relationships, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards and in line with client expectations.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in client engagement, team development and business growth initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects across multiple sectors while developing your leadership and strategic capabilities within a supportive and forward-thinking consultancy environment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in project management within the construction and property industry
  • Experience delivering projects through all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
  • Chartered status, or working towards chartership with a relevant professional body such as RICS, CIOB or APM
  • Strong understanding of project controls, procurement and contract administration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing client relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for business development
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
