Location: 100% Remote

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Cloud/AI Platform Engineer with 10+ years of AWS cloud infrastructure experience and 2+ years leading platform teams. The candidate must have mandatory Health Insurance industry experience and expertise in designing and building scalable, secure AWS and AI platform infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud Infrastructure experience.
• 2+ years of Platform Engineering / Team Leadership experience.
• Mandatory Health Insurance domain experience.
• Strong experience with AWS Landing Zones, Networking, IAM, and Shared Services.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of AI platform infrastructure and cloud architecture.
• Strong technical leadership and documentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and build core AWS/AI platform capabilities.
• Establish landing zones, networking, identity, and shared services.
• Define and maintain Infrastructure as Code standards.
• Provide technical guidance to DevOps engineers.
• Review infrastructure designs and implementations.
• Prepare technical documentation, handoff guides, and operational runbooks.
