We look for people that are smart, humble, motivated and who are always looking to improve.
Essential:
A degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or similar.

An analytical mindset with a practical approach to problem solving.
A bucket-load of common sense.
A commitment to using modern tools effectively – including AI – to maximise quality, speed, and rigour, while retaining responsibility for accuracy and outcomes.
Bonus:
Experience in B2B or B2C credit risk lending and strategy.
Experience with SQL and Python
Experience with data visualisation tools like Looker
The salary
We expect to pay from £40,000–£55,000 for this role. But, we’re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.
