We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Application and Knowledge Management Developer to lead the design, development, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-level web applications and knowledge management solutions. The successful candidate will oversee the creation of secure, multi-user web-based systems that support personnel training management, scheduling, permissions administration, reporting, auditing, and workflow automation. This role requires expertise in Microsoft development technologies, database administration, SharePoint integration, and Department of Defense IT environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of enterprise web-based applications that document and audit personnel training records, schedules, certifications, and user permissions. Develop and maintain secure multi-user solutions utilizing Microsoft .NET technologies and industry best practices. Create customized reporting capabilities, dashboards, metrics, and management views that improve operational efficiency and reduce administrative effort.

Facilitate development and implementation of access-management workflows and processes that provide Government stakeholders visibility into personnel groups, roles, and permissions. Oversee the development of:
Advanced search functionality
Custom reporting and analytics
Data export capabilities
Historical event and audit tracking systems
Microsoft SharePoint web-part integrations
Microsoft Active Directory (AD) integrations
Manage, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases and web applications.

Ensure compliance with enterprise development standards, cybersecurity requirements, and documentation best practices. Participate throughout the Full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment. Collaborate with government and contractor personnel to identify business process improvements and technical solutions. Produce technical documentation, user guides, system diagrams, and operational procedures. Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and support for mission-critical applications.
