The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver-assistance systems.
• Assume the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical and operational matters, ensuring adherence to company standards and managing daily operations.
• Advise and support customers with exceptional service from order intake to vehicle return.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and creation of incoming orders.
• Oversee quality assurance measures, conduct inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• A completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a master mechanic, mechatronic technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undergo the required certification or already possess Operations Manager (HWK) qualifications.
• A valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills.
• Proficiency in PC use and administrative tasks.
• Strong customer and service orientation, along with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and foster trusting collaboration.
