Sr. Systems Admin/Project Leader

This is a hybrid position-4 days onsite and 1 day remote- MUST be local- no relocation.. This is a dual-role position responsible for security and scalability of global environment. Support technical architect and Hands-on administrator for the US location. You will manage MSP infrastructure life-cycle projects across our international sites . MUST HAVE GLOBAL EXP. This role reports to the Director of IT working to translate business objectives and IT strategy into technical execution. You will ensure mfg floor remains operational 24/7 while leading the charge on modernizing our tech stack. MUST HAVE MFG EXP.On the Proj Lead side you will lead projects, vendor mgmt, cloud mgmt and budgeting. On the Admin side you wil handle systems administration(cloud servers, SaaS applications, Network Oversight Manage SD-WAN, VPN Tunnels and firewalls conecting global sites to ensure seamless communications between the US and international hubs. Support shop-floor technologies to minimize production downtime. Security and Compliance -Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols, MFA, EDR, BC/DR testing.

Must have 7 yrs plus exp in Systems Admin and at least 2 years in a project leadership capacity.

Manufacturing Bkgd .someone who understands the urgency of 24/7 mfg environments and OT systems.

Technical skills- Cloud proficency, Strong understandin gof WAN/SDWAN, TCP/IP DNS , DHCP and firewall mgmt. Identity Mgmt, cyber security Azure, Entra ID, endpoint Data protection and Governance.
