The Role

• Accurately select merchandise based on store orders, verifying item location, description, and quantity.
• Safely place items onto pallets or conveyors using proper lifting techniques.
• Secure prepared pallets with tape and shrink wrap for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Participate in training for various warehouse duties.

What You'll Need

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse or picking environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
