What you'll be doing:

• Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Writing and posting engaging job adverts
• Sourcing candidates via job boards, CV databases, and social media
• Supporting the recruitment process from application to job offer

What we're looking for:

• Confident, resilient, and a natural communicator
• Strong IT and organisation skills
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Money-motivated, driven, and ambitious
• Sales experience and/or a degree is a bonus, but not essential for the right person
