Job Description

Job Title : GTM Project Management

Location : Sunnyvale, CA - (3 days Minimum Onsite)

Duration : 1 year

 

Notes: 

1 year contract
Need a very senior program manager (min 10 years)
Both rounds virtual
Looking only for local candidates (at least 3 days in office per week)
PMP a big plus, but not a dealbreaker

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex cross-functional programs from initiation through execution and closure.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, engineering, finance, operations, and other teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and communication plans.
  • Drive program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and change management activities.
  • Monitor program performance, track KPIs, and provide executive-level status updates.
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring priorities remain aligned with business objectives.
  • Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders and proactively remove execution roadblocks.
  • Ensure resource planning and budget tracking for assigned programs.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, tools, and operational efficiency.

  • Develop and implement program management frameworks and best practices.
  • Capable of effectively balancing short- and long-term approaches to achieve results: ensures the team consistently meets its targets, goals, and objectives, while considering how current outcomes impact and support future needs and developments
  • Ability to anticipate risks and issues in a proactive manner and drive to resolution.

  • Strong leadership and executive communication abilities for cohesive and unified messaging within teams across ISI.
  • Communicate program vision, goals, and progress to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Highly skilled at translating strategic, financial, and technical content into a clear sense of purpose that effectively engages multiple teams.
  • Manages stakeholder expectations and engagement at the strategic level.

Sphere of Influence:

  • Influence organizational strategy and decision-making by collaborating with the executive leadership team.
  • Ensures coordination and alignment between multiple programs to achieve organizational goals.
  • Acts as a thought leader in program management, influencing best practices and methodologies within the organization.

Decision Making & Problem Solving:

  • Influence decisions that have organizational impact to ensure programs align with strategic goals.
  • Analyze long-term impact of decisions on the organization and alignment with organization strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, strategy, operations, or related roles.
  • Advanced certifications and/or a master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced and highly matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with program management tools such as Jira, Box, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform & Eco-system
  • Prior management experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) highly preferred
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate across departments and teams to get things to a logical conclusion
