Infosys is seeking a senior OCM Manager to lead endtoend change management for a strategic automotive transformation program. The role will partner with client business and IT teams, Field DSPMs, dealers, program teams and implementation partners to drive readiness, adoption and a seamless transition across pilots, rollout and stabilization. The candidate should own and synchronize the overall program OCM strategy and integrated changemanagement plan across client, dealers, field teams and implementation partners and conduct changeimpact, stakeholder and readiness assessments identify adoption risks, affected roles, process impacts and mitigation actions
