The Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and a vital support for our advisers, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations. This role is ideal for an individual with strong administrative skills who enjoys managing a variety of tasks, from coordinating appointments to handling client inquiries and supporting our team with daily administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception & Client Management: Greet clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner and manage incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule client appointments, manage team calendars, and support meeting preparations.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate client records, manage file systems, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Office Operations: Order supplies, handle mail, and maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to our advisers and team members, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in an office administration or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and handle confidential information professionally.
  • A customer-service orientation with a friendly and approachable manner.
