Job Description

Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Onsite Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large-scale active adult community in Lakewood, New Jersey.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced community association environment.

Salary $105,000-$110,000

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a large active adult community.
  • Work closely with the Board of Trustees to implement policies and achieve community goals.
  • Prepare Board meeting agendas, management reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Develop and monitor operating and reserve budgets.
  • Coordinate and oversee vendors, contractors, and capital improvement projects.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the community is well maintained.
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with accounting, legal counsel, engineers, and other professionals.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing a large-scale community is strongly preferred.
  • Active adult community management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HOA management software is preferred.
  • CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation is preferred but not required.
