Job Description
Midway Auto Dealerships is looking for a motivated, people-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our Kearney team. No automotive sales experience is required. We provide training and support for individuals who are comfortable working with customers, eager to learn, and motivated to build a successful career. Midway Auto has proudly served Nebraska drivers for more than 100 years. Our team focuses on creating a straightforward, professional experience for customers while providing employees with opportunities to grow.

Full-Time
~ Day Shift
~No Sundays
~ Base salary plus performance and volume-based bonuses

Meet with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
Assist customers through the vehicle purchase process
Follow up with customers and develop long-term relationships
Work with the sales and dealership teams to provide a positive customer experience
Friendly, professional approach to customer service
Comfortable using computers, email, and other basic technology
Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
