Hiring: SAP S/4HANA Integration Lead (ECC to S/4HANA Migration)

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid 4 days onsite, Monday Thursday)
Duration: Through 11/30/2027

Required Skills:

9 10+ years of SAP project experience
3 4+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience
Proven experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP PP (Production Planning)
Experience leading workshops and collaborating with business stakeholders
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Experience working with IT teams to define S/4HANA solutions and new functionalities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integration planning for SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation.
• Map SAP and non-SAP system interfaces and identify integration dependencies.
• Define the end-to-end integration and reconnection strategy.
• Support cutover planning, including integration blackout activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
