Note :: It would be maintaining, updating, bug fixes and applying bi-annual ServiceNow updates. Sort of a jack of all trades type on their PSDS product
 
Job Description:A ServiceNow PSDS (Public Sector Digital Services) Swiss Army Knife is a versatile hybrid professional. They bridge the gap between agency policy, government workflows, and technical platform capabilities. They are critical for rolling out constituent portals, 311 services, and internal government operations
 
These highly sought-after individuals uniquely blend skills across three core areas:
 
1. Functional & Domain Expertise:
  • Policy to Platform Translation: Ability to translate complex federal, state, or local government regulations and legislation into actionable digital workflows.
  • Constituent Journey Mapping: Designing citizen-facing and employee-facing service models with deep empathy for public sector UX.
  • Complex Case Management: Configuring Service Exchange and Government Service Case types for secure cross-agency collaboration.
2. Technical Capabilities:
  • Application Config & Setup: Proficient in the Customer Service Management (CSM) and PSDS data models.
  • AI & Automation: Implementing and configuring native AI add-ons like Now Assist for PSDS to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Integrations: Building automated bridges to external government databases, legacy systems, and payment portals.
3. Advisory & Delivery:
  • Implementation Guidance: Aligning system configurations with the leading practices in ServiceNow''s now create methodology.
  • Adoption Management: Driving the shift from legacy paper-based and email-based processes to modern, secure, self-service portals.
