Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Central London Location: Central London & West End Salary: £50,000 + Overtime Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Are you a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Engineer looking to join a leading Facilities Management company?

We're hiring for a Foot Mobile Engineer to support a portfolio of high-end commercial offices in Central London and the West End.

Key Responsibilities:<br />Carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems<br />Perform Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm testing<br />Maintain HVAC systems and associated plant room equipment<br />Service and repair pumps, motors, and related components<br />Keep accurate service records using a PDA system<br />Liaise with subcontractors for specialised tasks<br />Ensure all work complies with Health &amp; Safety and site regulations<br />Conduct inspections and pre-empt potential issues✅ What We’re Looking For:<br />City &amp; Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)<br />18th Edition Wiring Regulations<br />Proven experience in commercial building maintenance<br />Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach What You’ll Receive:<br />Competitive salary of £50,000<br />Plenty of overtime available<br />25 days annual leave<br />Paid travel card<br />Company pension<br />Full uniform and PPE provided<br />Ongoing training and clear progression path<br />Friendly and supportive team culture
