Territory Sales Representative - Retail Merchandising (Consumer Packaged Goods)

R Squared Solutions seeks a seasonal Territory Sales Representative to drive in-store execution and sales results for leading consumer brands. In this field-based role, you'll visit an assigned territory of retail stores to execute merchandising plans, optimize shelf presence, and support promotional programs. Partner with store managers to secure prime placement, maintain planograms, and ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and visually compelling. Capture data, photos, and insights to inform data-driven retail strategies. You'll work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams and client partners, in a performance-driven, client-focused culture that values initiative and accountability, offering exposure to national CPG programs and future growth opportunities in retail execution and field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores to execute sales and merchandising plans for client brands
• Build relationships with store management and staff to secure optimal product placement
• Ensure shelves, displays, and promotional materials are properly stocked and executed to planograms
• Collect and report store-level data, photos, and insights using company tools
• Recommend actions to improve shelf presence, sales, and promotional effectiveness
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the territory
• Meet seasonal sales, coverage, and execution goals
• Collaborate with internal teams and client partners on retail programs and priorities
• Maintain schedule, route, and territory coverage efficiently
