Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 production/application support for Windchill.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and resolve application issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with relevant teams.
  • Monitor application health and support production releases.
  • Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
  • Work with business and technical teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
  • Maintain support documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on PTC Windchill experience.
  • Proven L2 application/production support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • US-based candidates only.
  • Must be available to work EST hours.

L2 support only L3/Developer profiles are not required.
