PC Technician with Security Clearance

Position title : PC Technician Location : Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC Clearance required : SECRET Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Provide desktop and help desk support for SOMTC classrooms. * Support Mission Readiness Exercise (MRX) environments. * Troubleshoot and resolve workstation, software, and peripheral issues. * Ensure systems meet security, configuration, and operational standards. * Document support actions and update incident/ticketing systems. * Assist SOMTC staff in maintaining a reliable, secure, and mission ready IT environment. Qualifications * Associate in an IT related field or 4 years of professional experience. * DCWF Client Systems Technician (411) at Basic. * Networking concepts and protocols. * Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities. * Physical components and IT architecture. * System operation, maintenance, and security. * Troubleshooting hardware and software. * Configuring and validating workstations. * Documenting and querying incidents. * Interoperability of Army/Joint Mission Command systems; IT support in an Enterprise environment.
