Document Control/Shipping Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
- Applies highest quality standard in all areas of responsibility
- Review document for client portfolio
- Route documents through appropriate workflows
- Coordinate and complete domestic and international shipments
- Demonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration
- Meets all quality and productivity metrics
- Read, understand, and adhere to all relevant procedures and SOPs
- Ensure integrity of data produced and reviewed
- Communicates effectively with clients and vendors
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration
- Fundamental knowledge of cGMP compliance requirements
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Schedule:
- The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.,
- May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs.
