The Role

• Provide service-oriented patient transport within the clinic, assisting patients via foot, wheelchair, or bed.
• Efficiently receive, prioritize, and coordinate transport requests, liaising with various hospital departments.
• Ensure the safety and functionality of all assigned transport equipment.
• Offer empathetic and clear communication to enhance the patient experience.
• Support smooth clinic operations through reliable coordination and execution of transport processes.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Health and Nursing Assistant (m/f/d) with at least 1 year of training, or equivalent qualification.
• A high level of responsibility and a conscientious approach to duties.
• An empathetic personality with strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
