Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in business analysis, workflow design, data analysis, and testing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support successful project delivery.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience with Business Analysis and Workflow Design
• Hands-on experience with Data Analysis and Data Visualization
• Experience with Business Acceptance Testing (BAT)
• Experience with Confluence and Miro
• Understanding of User Story Writing and Backlog Management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Design and improve business workflows and processes.
• Analyze data and create meaningful visualizations and insights.
• Support Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and coordinate with business users.
• Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
• Use Confluence and Miro for documentation, collaboration, and process visualization.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Identify process improvements and help drive business solutions.
