The Role
- Planning, analysis, and methodological consultation for clinical studies, along with tailored communication of results during the development process.
- Developing robust models for analyzing complex measurement data, such as time series, and implementing them into data science pipelines and software packages.
- Designing and implementing data-driven decision models and concepts for sustainable optimization of system performance.
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, adhering strictly to regulatory quality requirements and documentation guidelines.
What You'll Need
- A successfully completed PhD or extensive professional experience in mathematics, physics, or a comparable field, ideally in medical device development.
- In-depth expertise in Design of Experiments (DoE), classical and modern statistics, as well as mathematical procedures like numerical simulation, optimization, and biostatistics for clinical studies.
- Solid programming skills in R or Python.
- Proficient use of version control systems, such as Git.
- Fluent German and professional English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Confident demeanor and the ability to proactively and solution-oriented achieve goals even in complex interest landscapes.
- Professional presentation skills combined with high flexibility.
