The Role

• Planning, analysis, and methodological consultation for clinical studies, along with tailored communication of results during the development process.
• Developing robust models for analyzing complex measurement data, such as time series, and implementing them into data science pipelines and software packages.
• Designing and implementing data-driven decision models and concepts for sustainable optimization of system performance.
• Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, adhering strictly to regulatory quality requirements and documentation guidelines.

What You'll Need

• A successfully completed PhD or extensive professional experience in mathematics, physics, or a comparable field, ideally in medical device development.
• In-depth expertise in Design of Experiments (DoE), classical and modern statistics, as well as mathematical procedures like numerical simulation, optimization, and biostatistics for clinical studies.
• Solid programming skills in R or Python.
• Proficient use of version control systems, such as Git.
• Fluent German and professional English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Confident demeanor and the ability to proactively and solution-oriented achieve goals even in complex interest landscapes.
• Professional presentation skills combined with high flexibility.
