Responsibilities

• Prepare and polish concrete floors according to project specifications and client requirements.

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment before and after job assignments.

• Proven experience in concrete floor polishing or related floor technician roles.
• Ability to operate floor grinding and polishing machinery proficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and materials.
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment.
