Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager with a strong SAP foundation(23958-1)
Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract
Location – Gloucester, MA (Onsite)

Must Have Skills
Skill 1 – 8+ years of SAP/IT experience, with strong SAP Project Management experience
Skill 2 – Strong hands-on understanding of SAP ECC and end-to-end SAP business processes
Skill 3 – Broad SAP knowledge across functional areas such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, Supply Chain, or related modules

Job Description:
• Manage multiple SAP projects and workstreams simultaneously across different functional areas.
• Lead projects through the complete lifecycle, including planning, requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate SAP functional, technical, integration, testing, and business teams.
• Provide project status, risks, and executive-level updates to key stakeholders.
• Support ongoing SAP ECC initiatives while ensuring alignment with the upcoming S/4HANA transformation.
• Drive cross-functional coordination and resolution of dependencies across SAP projects.

Key Skills / Qualifications
• 8+ years of SAP/IT experience, with strong SAP Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple SAP projects concurrently.
• Strong hands-on understanding of SAP ECC and end-to-end SAP business processes.
• Broad SAP knowledge across functional areas such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, Supply Chain, or related modules.
• Experience managing SAP implementations, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and production deployments.
• S/4HANA transformation or migration experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
