IDR is seeking a Sr. Integrated Device Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you'll help engineer and support integrated clinical device solutions within an enterprise environment, partnering closely with internal technical teams and end users. Position Overview for the Sr. Integrated Device Engineer:
- Engineer, configure, test, troubleshoot, and implement application-integrated clinical device solutions across the organization
- Provide Tier 3 engineering support for existing and emerging device technologies in a high-volume production environment
- Develop and maintain standards, policies, and procedures for device deployment, security, maintenance, and lifecycle support
- Collaborate with network, software engineering, application development, product development, and QA teams to resolve escalated issues and deliver solutions
- Produce technical documentation, training materials, and guidance for support teams, clients, and end users
Requirements for the Sr. Integrated Device Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent relevant experience/accomplishments
- 3+ years of IT experience engineering application-integrated devices in an enterprise environment using Microsoft technologies
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Group Policy, Microsoft Office, and enterprise tooling such as Citrix, print servers, and antivirus technologies
- Working knowledge of device technologies (drivers, network components, software, management solutions, and connection methods) with strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills (written/verbal), ability to present to groups, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
