About the Data Hub Team: The Ivy team is transforming the platform from a traditional DSP into an AI-first advertising workspace where marketers can understand, plan, and act on campaigns through natural language, grounded in real data. Candidates will work at the intersection of applied AI, user experience, and large-scale advertising technology platforms.

What you'll be doing: 

• Leading an internal ai platform team that manages our internal platform to onboard StackAdapt’s Internal API, UI & Knowledge at a platform-scale into our external AI Platform.
• Work closely alongside our PM to understand feature teams’ surface area to onboard into our AI platform, evangelize new primitives & AI UX patterns to follow, and provide feedback/gaps on how their domain tools are performing in production.
• Owning the evals pipeline/platform for all feature teams.
• Hire and mentor a new team of full-stack engineers across different levels of seniority
• Cultivate a high performance team that executes against their roadmap while following agile best practices
• Promote software development best-practices and conduct rigorous code reviews
• Plan ahead and architect scalable web APIs, component library and backend systems
• Rigorously identify and solve technical challenges
• Conduct interviews to attract and identify potential high performing candidates
• Balance and prioritize projects to maximize efficiency and ensure company objectives are achieved
• Write code as needed, such as those involving issue resolution and low-effort high-impact items

What You'll Bring To The Table:

• At least 2 years of engineering management experience leading full stack teams
• Proven track record of delivering results and leading high-impact teams
• Prior experience building Platform-scale Teams, AI platforms, LLM Eval Pipelines, Harness Engineering is preferred
• In-depth experience with Typescript, Python, AI Native Engineering
• Experience working with React.js, LLMs
• At least 6 years experience of software development in web technologies and architecting scalable systems in a successful high-growth technology company
• A strong understanding of computer science fundamentals: data structures, system design, cloud computing, full-stack development etc.
• Passion to build a positive and fun engineering culture
