Office Management Responsibilities:
- Handles the purchase and inventory of office supplies
- Provides basic maintenance of office equipment
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
- Organizes office meetings and events, maintains meeting rooms calendar
- Assists with business travel arrangements including bookings, documentation, and expense processing
- Receives and routs incoming calls, visitors, couriers, and correspondence
- Liaises with facility management vendors
- Provides administrative support to the Office/Country Manager and other departments as instructed by the Country Manager
- Supports signature flow for non-operational documents
- Manages visitor access according to PSI policies
- Assists with health and safety initiatives in the office
- College or university degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Equivalency is defined as a minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration
- 3 years of administrative experience
- Prior experience in an international company is a plus
- Prior experience with facility management is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Problem-solving skills, ability to take initiative and act proactively
