The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Credit Analysts, providing guidance and support.
• Resolve complex customer account issues and analyze orders requiring credit review.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform key business decisions.
• Lead and oversee special projects within the Credit department.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Credit or Collections is preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Aptitude for financial analysis and problem-solving.
