You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding across a range of commercial security systems, while providing a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities Service, maintain and repair CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems<br />Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently<br />Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM)<br />Accurately complete service reports and documentation<br />Build and maintain strong relationships with customers<br />Participate in a 1 in 6 call-out rota<br />About You We’re looking for an experienced engineer with a background in commercial security systems.

Ideally, you’ll have:

Experience servicing CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems<br />Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills<br />Intruder Alarm experience – essential<br />A full UK driving licence<br />A customer-focused approach<br />Installation Engineers looking to make the move into service are also encouraged to apply.
