The Role

• Assume medical leadership responsibilities within the psychosomatic youth department, with a clear path to full medical directorship.
• Manage and guide clinical processes and the overall psychotherapeutic treatment journey for young patients.
• Act as a key representative of the Chief Physician, contributing to the strategic development of the department.
• Provide valuable supervision to child and adolescent psychotherapists in training.
• Ensure high-quality patient care through active involvement in admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary case reviews.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or be in the 4th year of an Assistant Physician program with advanced psychotherapy training.
• A passion for interdisciplinary collaboration within a diverse professional team including physicians, psychologists, nurses, and therapists.
• Experience or a strong interest in leadership roles within a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
