Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI development, agentic workflows, and test automation. This role involves designing and implementing reusable testing patterns, creating reference implementations, and establishing coverage standards and governance. The successful candidate will also work on GenAI-assisted reporting, quality insights, and automated quality gates integrated into GitHub workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement agentic testing patterns for adoption across multiple teams.
• Create reference implementations demonstrating test generation, maintenance, and failure analysis assistance.
• Establish a standard architecture for test code organization, tagging, data management, and execution across UI, API, and service layers.
• Define and publish coverage standards, including minimum coverage expectations and test type mix.
• Develop templates for test plans, test cases/specifications, and quality checklists.
• Create a scalable tagging/metadata strategy to support reporting and quality gates.
• Build automated reporting pipelines aggregating test and service data across microservices.
• Generate GenAI-driven summaries, including release readiness narratives and failure trend analysis.
• Develop automated review agents to evaluate user stories and requirements for clarity and completeness.
• Integrate quality gates into workflows to reduce churn and rework.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with a strong background in AI development.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents with multi-step reasoning and guardrails.
• Proficiency in GitHub platform capabilities, including GitHub Actions, PR checks, and automation via GitHub APIs.
• Advanced experience in test automation using tools like Karate and Playwright.
• Strong understanding of test design, including happy path, negative, edge, and boundary scenarios.
• Proven ability to aggregate and normalize results from multiple microservices and pipelines.
• Experience implementing automated checks for requirements validation and completeness.

Pay Range: $85.00 - $90.00
