Power Platform Specialist

PeopleIn is seeking a dedicated IT professional to work and support our Power Platform environment, based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

Key Accountabilities

• Support solutions built using Microsoft Power Platform
• Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Assist in the creation of data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 support for all Microsoft Power Platform applications
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform.

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Automate Certified
• Experience building and maintaining Power Apps
• Experience integrating Power apps into Power BI
• Experience building data models using Dataverse

Skills & Abilities

• Proven experience working in the Power Platform suite.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with common data service, data connectors, and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Experience

• 2-5 years' experience working as a Power Platform
• Experience of Cloud technologies including Software as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service, and Contact Centre as a Service
• Experience working in a windows environment with multiple domains
