We are seeking passionate educators to join an impactful organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. This is an opportunity to work flexibly and make a tangible difference in your community, supporting vulnerable learners with personalized educational intervention.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to children and young people with various SEND needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work flexibly on a self-employed basis, with opportunities as they arise.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with SEND and SEMH needs.

What You'll Need

• A genuine passion for transforming the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity in teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
