Job Description

About Us

AI Accountant (AiA) is building an AI-native platform transforming accounting and bookkeeping workflows. We simplify compliance, automate financial operations, and help businesses operate with clarity and confidence.

Backed by global investors like Y Combinator, we are scaling fast and building a team that combines speed, ownership, and sharp execution.

We're not building a feature company. We're building a category.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (2–6 years) to own and scale paid acquisition across channels. You’ll manage campaigns, budgets and experiments end-to-end, with a strong focus on qualified leads, SQLs and measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

Where You’ll Create Impact

· Own and optimize paid acquisition across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn and YouTube, managing ₹20L+/month in budgets with a focus on CPQL, cost-per-pipeline and qualified pipeline.

· Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, lookalike and ABM audiences for SMB owners and finance ICPs including CFOs, Controllers and Promoters.

· Drive structured creative testing across hooks, copy, UGC, founder-led content, short-form video and platform-specific ad formats in collaboration with design and content teams.

· Partner with Sales to improve lead quality through targeting, lead-form qualification, spam control and CRM feedback, strengthening the lead-to-SQL-to-pipeline loop.

· Own tracking and attribution across Meta Pixel, CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag, GA4, CRM integrations and offline conversions, with clear reporting on Cost-per-SQL, pipeline and revenue.

· Run continuous landing-page, audience, budget and CRO experiments, reallocating spend based on full-funnel economics and CRM-attributed revenue.

Must Have

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition, preferably across B2B SaaS, fintech or similar businesses.

• Experience managing ₹30L+/month in paid media budgets in the Indian market.

• Strong hands-on expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with exposure to YouTube and other relevant paid channels.

• Strong understanding of full-funnel metrics including CPL, CPQL, CAC, SQLs, and revenue attribution.

• Experience with prospecting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, ABM and full-funnel campaign structures.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag, offline/server-side conversion tracking and GA4.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use CRM and campaign data to drive optimization decisions.

• Ability to write performance-focused hooks and copy and work closely with design/video teams on creative testing.

Good to Have

·   Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for lead and revenue attribution.

·   Experience with prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, Clay or Apollo and close alignment with SDR/Sales teams.

·   Experience with landing-page optimization, A/B testing and CRO tools such as Webflow, Unbounce or Hotjar.

·  Familiarity with the Indian SMB ecosystem, accounting software or the Tally ecosystem.
