The Role

• Oversee and optimize the quality of care and adherence to nursing standards.
• Efficiently create work schedules based on resident needs.
• Conduct independent care visits and manage the nursing process.
• Provide individualized and activating care, respecting residents' habits and abilities.
• Collaborate with other departments on the care process and documentation.
• Maintain close contact with residents, relatives, and medical professionals.
• Support and guide nursing staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a geriatric nurse or in general nursing.
• Further qualification as a Head of Living Area (Wohnbereichsleitung).
• Confident communication skills with residents, staff, and families.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to implementing a holistic, resident-centered care concept.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, relevant software).
• High motivation, engagement, and excellent team spirit.
