Del Taco is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team! As a Team Member, you will help create a great guest experience by delivering outstanding customer service, preparing quality food, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Prepare food and beverages according to Del Taco standards
• Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, kitchen, and dining areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with stocking supplies, restocking inventory, and general restaurant upkeep
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast and efficient service during busy periods
• Support opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned

• No experience required — training provided
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
