Job Summary

Flutter Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Team Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile applications. The role will be responsible for managing a team of Flutter developers, driving technical decisions, ensuring engineering best practices, and collaborating with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Flutter developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Define coding standards, development best practices, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, Backend, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Manage sprint planning, task estimation, resource allocation, and delivery timelines to ensure successful project execution.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and implement solutions to improve application performance and reliability.
• Drive performance optimization, security enhancements, and application scalability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with app store policies, mobile platform standards, and release management processes.
• Oversee application deployment processes across Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of overall software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Flutter application development.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring mobile development teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Experience implementing state management solutions including Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON handling, and third-party service integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and mobile application release management.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase services, push notifications, analytics, and mobile performance optimization.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and ensure timely project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing frameworks for Flutter applications.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and infrastructure management.
• Experience building and scaling high-traffic consumer-facing mobile applications.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices, authentication mechanisms, and secure application development.
• Prior experience in fintech, banking, e-commerce, or other highly regulated industries.
