Sales representative representative

The Sales Representatives will spend the work day on the telephone and computer. He/She will respond to internet and telephone customer inquiries, and make outbound phone calls, emails and text messages. Generating appointments from our customer database is a main component of this position.

• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Generate sales appointments.
• Getting customer ready for the finance manager.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.

At least 1 year of retail sales experience required

• Previous Internet Sales position at an automotive dealership preferred
• Experience in taking incoming sales phone calls, as well as making outbound marketing calls.
• Experience utilizing Inventory and/or CRM systems
• Confident and professional phone manner
• Flexible schedule to include evenings and/or weekends.
• Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
