EPIC RTE

Position: Epic RTE

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of Epic application analyst experience with significant focus on RTE and Patient Access workflows.
• Demonstrated experience leading medium to large complexity Epic initiatives.
• Expert-level experience with Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Patient Access workflows and Revenue Cycle processes.
• Proven experience leading Epic enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, workflow design, system build, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating technical and functional documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Preferred to have Epic certification/accreditation in relevant Revenue Cycle or Patient Access modules.
• Preferred to have knowledge of healthcare payer eligibility and authorization processes.
