This role is ideal for a staff-level engineer who combines deep technical expertise, architectural thinking, and hands-on software development.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with a staff-level mindset and proven experience designing and building scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be a strong technical leader who can influence architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and remain actively involved in hands-on coding across the full technology stack.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of Full Stack development experience
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, TypeScript, and REST APIs
• Experience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of system design, application architecture, and scalable cloud-native solutions
• Ability to lead technical discussions, drive engineering best practices, and mentor developers
• Must be a hands-on contributor who actively codes and delivers features while providing technical leadership
• Experience working across multiple teams and driving complex technical initiatives from design through implementation
