Job Title :- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Location :- 100% Remote, USA

Experience:

• 13 years of overall IT experience
• 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise ServiceNow transformations
• Experience across multiple ServiceNow product lines (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, SPM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, AI/Now Assist)

Mandatory Certifications

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Mandatory

• CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• CAD (Certified Application Developer)
• Multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SPM, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

• Define enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Establish platform governance, architectural standards, reusable patterns, and design principles.
• Drive platform consolidation, modernization, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
• Serve as the final architecture authority for ServiceNow solutions.
• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions spanning:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• ITAM
• HRSD
• CSM
• SPM
• SecOps
• AI/Now Assist

Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across global enterprise environments.
