ERP Project Manager (SaaS / GovCon preferred)

Mid-sized growth-oriented enterprise software company looking to augment their team with an experienced Project Manager (remote) to assist in the implementation of cloud-based systems used by large corporations.

SaaS ERP experience required. GovCon and/or Project-based ERP / accounting systems preferred (i.e. Deltek, Unanet, Acumatica, Sage, NetSuite, Jamis, etc).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years managing ERP implementations across the full lifecycle delivery.
• Bachelor s degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a professional services environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive presence.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, Planner).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of ERP implementations across a portfolio of 10+ concurrent projects.
• Drive alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.
• Lead client-facing delivery and maintain strong executive stakeholder relationships.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks before impacting delivery.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams, drive resource alignment to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure consistent use of project management best practices across implementations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and status reporting.
