Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Payment domain expertise to lead and deliver strategic payment-related initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing projects involving payment processing, merchant acquiring, cards, ACH, wire transfers, real-time payments, or digital payment platforms. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to deployment.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business, Product, Technology, QA, and Operations.
• Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Drive requirement gathering, solution design reviews, and UAT activities.
• Manage vendor and client communications for payment-related initiatives.
• Track project metrics, milestones, and reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Project Manager.
• Strong experience in Payments Domain:
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Merchant Acquiring
  • Payment Gateways
  • ACH, Wire Transfers
  • SWIFT
  • RTP (Real-Time Payments)
  • ISO 20022
  • Digital Payments
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with banking or financial services clients.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in payments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and distributed teams.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
