Senior Business Systems Analyst / Chicago IL

A leading financial services organization is hiring a full-time Technology Solutions Analyst in a hybrid setting. This team is responsible for delivering enterprise-level systems that support trading, portfolio management, and operations using modern data tools, SQL-based environments, and integrated vendor platforms. Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in application support, systems analysis, or similar technical role
Strong SQL skills including stored procedures and query optimization
Experience supporting or configuring business-critical applications
Background working within financial services or related industries
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience troubleshooting complex system issues and driving resolution
Desired Skills & Experience
Exposure to trading, portfolio management, or investment systems
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
Programming/scripting experience (Python, VBA, .NET, Java, etc.)
Strong vendor management experience
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
