Manhattan WMS Solution Lead / Architect

FourthSquare is seeking a senior Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) expert to support the identification, design, and development of AI-enabled warehouse solutions for complex third-party logistics environments.

This role will serve as the operational bridge between warehouse leadership, WMS technology teams, and FourthSquare''s AI/Data practice.

The ideal candidate is not simply a WMS developer or technical architect. This individual must have deep understanding of warehouse execution and be capable of walking into a distribution center, understanding how the operation works, identifying operational constraints and decision points, and translating those opportunities into practical WMS and AI use cases.

The individual must be able to communicate credibly with warehouse operations executives, facility leadership, industrial engineering, WMS teams, automation teams, and IT.

The individual should possess strong knowledge of enterprise WMS platforms.

• Custom or proprietary warehouse management systems
