OCM Partner (Organizational Change Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the overall OCM strategy, roadmap, and adoption plan.
• Guide onshore and offshore OCM Leads across stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and change champion initiatives.
• Advise executive sponsors and client leadership on change risks, adoption progress, and mitigation strategies.
• Review and assure the quality of key OCM deliverables before client sign-off.
• Monitor adoption KPIs, readiness surveys, user engagement, and business outcomes.
• Manage escalations, delivery risks, resource planning, and global team coordination.
• Oversee hypercare, sustainment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in change strategy, stakeholder management, communications, training, and adoption measurement.
• Experience advising executive sponsors and senior client stakeholders.
• Experience managing global onshore/offshore teams.
• Excellent executive communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
