AI Platform Engineer

Locations:- Chicago, IL, New York, NY and Dallas, TX

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Agentic AI) to partner with enterprise customers in designing, deploying, and optimizing AI-powered solutions. In this customer-facing role, you will lead Proof of Concepts (POCs), architect scalable AI deployments, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver production-ready Agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements, technical workshops, and AI POCs.
• Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and cloud platforms.
• Architect scalable AI deployments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Build and optimize AI/ML platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Mentor technical teams and provide architecture guidance.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, AI Engineer, or ML Engineer.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Experience with AI/ML deployment, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

• LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, RAG, Vector Databases.
• MLOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Python, FastAPI, and AI observability tools.
