Summary: • Integrate artificial intelligence capabilities into mission-critical workflows using Python and modern agentic frameworks. • Develop and refine integrations that connect diverse data sources and external APIs with MCP tools for system interoperability. • Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure deployed AI tools are stable, reliable, and production-ready.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 8+ years • Total Compensation: $269k+ yearly Job Description: • Develop agentic integrations in Python leveraging multiple AI models, APIs, and data sources in production environments. • Build specialized tools and agentic workflows within frameworks such as LangGraph, PydanticAI, and DeepAgents. • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit technical requirements and devise robust software solutions. • Implement context management, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and function/tool calling techniques. • Utilize Git, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) for robust software development and version contr ol. • Test multi-agent workflows, identify system issues, and deliver continuous software improvements.
