SL1 / VOSS Engineer

The SL1/VOSS Engineer supports integrated observability and provisioning across enterprise unified communications environments. SL1 and VOSS will be used together to provide an end-to-end operational view of voice and video performance across Microsoft Teams, Cisco CMS, Oracle SBCs, and NSTS systems. This role ensures reliable service delivery, real-time monitoring, and correlation of multi-vendor metrics. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain SL1 and VOSS platforms across secure networks
• Establish unified visibility into voice/video session performance across Teams, Cisco CMS, Oracle SBCs, and NSTS
• Use SL1 to collect, correlate, and visualize cross-vendor UC performance metrics
• Utilize VOSS for provisioning, service quality monitoring, and user experience insights
• Troubleshoot UC performance and reliability issues
• Support integration with enterprise monitoring and reporting tools
• Maintain configurations, SOPs, dashboards, and operational documentation Qualifications
• Experience supporting unified communications environments
• Knowledge of Teams, Cisco UC platforms, SBCs, and real-time media flows
• Familiarity with service observability, provisioning, and performance analytics
• Strong troubleshooting skills across multi-vendor environments
• Active TS/SCI clearance (polygraph required) ------------------------
